Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Partner, People Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering development programs, assessing organizational needs, and providing ongoing coaching and interventions. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance organizational and individual competencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver personal, management, and leadership development programs for all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and assess personal, leadership, and organizational development needs.
- Develop and implement effective learning strategies.
- Facilitate, evaluate, and monitor the results of development programs.
- Provide ongoing coaching and interventions to support learning and development.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives to strengthen organizational and individual competencies.
- Provide consulting services to management staff to improve team, leader, and systems effectiveness.
- Facilitate team development and cultural change initiatives.
- Stay current with best practices in organization and leadership development.
- Assist in developing and refining leadership and organizational development standards, guidelines, processes, and tools.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective service delivery and evaluation of People Development services.
- Monitor and support the work of external consultants as needed.
- Master’s Degree in Organization Development (OD), Leadership, or equivalent Behavioral Science.
- 5-7 years of recent related experience in organization development and/or leadership development in an intermediate to large size organization.
- Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in healthcare settings.
