Your mission involves executing a comprehensive strategy, overseeing internal communications, and building an engaging employer brand. Collaborating closely with the executive team, you will manage a diverse team focused on employee experience, workplace dynamics, and DEI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the design and strategy for the employee lifecycle
• Redesign onboarding journeys with customer-centric methods
• Build recognition and milestone programs for employee engagement
• Oversee internal communications and cultural initiatives
• Define employer branding and EVP to attract top talent
Requirements:
• 8+ years in employee experience or HR-related roles
• Expertise in internal communications and employer branding
• Strong analytical skills using eNPS and engagement metrics
• Experience in DEI strategy development and execution
• Proven leadership in facilities or workplace management
