Human Resources Manager HR Operations

Lead hands-on HR operations at Moment Energy, managing employee relations and employment documentation in a growing clean technology company.

As Human Resources Manager, you will manage day-to-day HR processes, support employees and managers, and help build practical programs. Your work spans onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, policies, compliance, recruitment support, and performance management. The role requires discretion, organization, and sound judgment.

• Maintain employee records, HR systems, documentation, and policies
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, safety certifications, and equipment setup
• Support benefits, leave, vacation, payroll coordination, and timecards
• Guide employee relations matters and manager workplace concerns
• Coordinate performance reviews, development initiatives, and improvement plans

• Five or more years of progressive HR experience
• Hands-on experience with HR operations and employee relations
• Knowledge of British Columbia employment standards and compliance
• Experience supporting reviews, discipline, improvement plans, and coaching
• Strong communication, organization, discretion, and prioritization skills
