How you’ll make an impact

As a New Client Onboarding Coordinator, you will be critical in guiding our new customers through their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition onto our software platforms. You will be the main point of contact for new customers and will be responsible for scheduling onboarding activities, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and arranging all required documentation. You will manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process and ensure the customer experience is as effortless as possible.

This is a hybrid role, with two days in office, to facilitate brainstorming and team building. Our office is located across from Guildford Mall, in Surrey, BC.

What you’ll do
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers through the onboarding process, from post‑sale to go‑live date.
  • Conduct kick‑off calls with key stakeholders such as Practice Managers, Office Managers, Dentists, and manage customer expectations.
  • Monitor and manage simultaneous onboarding projects, adjusting where necessary to minimize issues and ensure key milestones are being achieved.
  • Coordinate and liaise with cross‑functional resources such as Installs, Conversion, and Training consultants.
  • Coordinate internal handoffs and responsibilities to minimize customer touchpoints and remove duplication of effort.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, suggest new ways of working that reduces the friction from customer onboarding.
  • Take ownership of the outcome, which is a successful customer onboarding, regardless of area of responsibility – i.e. we do what it takes to make sure everything just works and the customer is set up for success.

Compensation & Benefits

The posted range for this position is between $70,000 CAD – $78,000 CAD, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications & education etc.
