Technical Support Professional – Managed Services Provider (In-Office Only)

Location: BC Lower Mainland
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Arrangement: In-office only (not hybrid, not remote)

About the Role

We are a Managed Services Provider (MSP) supporting a wide range of business clients across different industries and technical environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and direct client interaction, and who understands the pace and structure of MSP work.

This is not a single-environment internal IT role. You’ll support multiple clients, manage competing priorities, and work within a structured, ticket-driven support model.

This role is in-office only. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting multiple client environments across desktop, user, and system-level issues
  • Working in a ticketing system to track, prioritize, and resolve issues
  • Communicating clearly with clients and teammates
  • Supporting Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, security tools, and client infrastructure
  • Escalating issues appropriately and following defined processes
What We’re Looking For Required
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident strongly preferred)
  • Currently living in the BC Lower Mainland or confirmed plans to relocate within 60 days
  • Ability to work in-office during standard business hours
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanor
Strongly Preferred
  • Previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
  • Experience supporting multiple clients simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, endpoint management, security, and backup tools

Internal IT experience is an asset but does not replace MSP experience.
