- Ensure all templates and components meet standards for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and stakeholders to align technical changes with business goals
- Manage development and production environments, including backups and deployment workflows
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience in maintaining and building marketing websites/landing pages
- OR 2+ years of experience in a professional environment focused on website maintenance and development
- Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3/Sass, JavaScript, and React
- Experience with Next.js and headless CMS platforms such as Contentful or Contentstack
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Deeper experience with Contentful/Contentstack, including custom apps or advanced content modeling
- Familiarity with complex multi-site or multi-brand website portfolios
- Experience with CI/CD for modern hosting solutions
- Exposure to additional headless or Jamstack tools
- Knowledge of design systems/component libraries and Figma workflows
