A.C.T. Equipment Sales Ltd. seeks an Inventory Systems Support professional in Surrey. Deliver support and training for AIMS systems while ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a key member of the AIMS Support team, you’ll collaborate with coworkers, customers, and suppliers to provide essential technical assistance. Your responsibilities include installing systems, serving clients on-site, and ensuring all aspects of AIMS are well supported, making excellent communication crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide robust support for AIMS applications
• Conduct AIMS software demonstrations for clients
• Manage customer-specific updates on AIMS systems
• Implement training and installation of AIMS systems
• Perform remote and onsite servicing as needed
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Must have a Class 5 BC Driver’s License
• 2+ years in customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
• Must be organized and skilled in multitasking
