Junior Network Support Technician

Position: Junior Network Support Technician )

From design-build projects to large-scale tenders, our team works closely with owners, consultants, and electrical contractors to deliver scalable, future-ready technology solutions.
Responsibilities   Telephony and Voice over IP:
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of SIP extensions; provide technical support for telephony systems.
Mobility (MDM):
Configure and manage corporate mobile devices via MDM platforms, ensuring security and compliance with company policies.
Network

Infrastructure: Assist in monitoring the local network, troubleshooting connectivity, and providing support for switches and routers.
User Support:
Provide technical assistance (in office and remote) for resolving incidents related to the network and communication devices.
Field and Installation:
Conduct technical visits to operating locations for physical installation of equipment and cabling, when necessary.
Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date inventories of network assets, mobile lines, and telephony diagrams.
Requirements

Education:

Completed or near-completion degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Theoretical Knowledge:
Solid foundation in TCP/IP protocol, OSI model, DNS, DHCP, and basic routing.
Desirable Skills (Not mandatory):
Basic knowledge of voice protocols (SIP/RTP). Basic knowledge of Linux.
Qualifications   Post-secondary education degree or diploma in a related field
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional internal teams
