Compugen Helpdesk Support Specialist

At Compugen, the Helpdesk Support Analyst position entails delivering excellent support for various applications and hardware inquiries. Flexibility for full-time shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential. We're looking for candidates with strong communication skills who can provide step-by-step guidance and effectively troubleshoot user problems over the phone and through email.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end users across different channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 issues with hardware and software
• Deliver clear solutions in a friendly manner
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor
• Document problems and solutions for the technical support team
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support
• Experience with using an online ticketing system
• Strong customer service and communication capabilities
• Preferred post-secondary education in a technology field
• A+ certification is an asset
