ERP and BI Manager for Supply Chain

As the Planning Systems Manager at IEM, you will lead initiatives in ERP and BI that impact supply chain planning functions. This crucial role requires expertise in ERP systems, particularly INFOR/Syte Line, along with project management and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for system enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary ERP configuration expert for planning

• Lead and support various IT projects in supply chain

• Partner with BI teams to create dynamic reporting solutions

• Enhance BI dashboards focused on supply chain KPIs

• Ensure thorough documentation of system processes and guides
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning systems roles

• ERP system expertise required; INFOR/Syte Line preferred

• Proficiency in BI tools required, experience in development is a plus

• Demonstrated career advancement and ambition preferred
