Position: Appian Solutions Architect at Cogency Inc.
Lead the Appian practice remotely with Cogency Inc. as a Solutions Architect, combining pre-sales expertise with delivery leadership. Guide enterprise architecture while driving business development and client engagement.
In this full-time role, you will be a pivotal member of Cogency Inc., transforming complex business challenges with innovative Appian solutions. Your 8+ years of Appian experience, including 3 years in a leading capacity, will be crucial in directing business development, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction through optimal delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new Appian opportunities across various industries

• Lead RFP responses and present Appian solutions to stakeholders

• Own end-to-end Appian architecture for client engagements

• Mentor Appian developers and manage project delivery risks

• Conduct design reviews to ensure best practices are followed
Requirements:

• 8+ years working with Appian, including 3 in a lead role

• Appian Certified Lead Developer is required

• Proven experience in pre-sales and proposal management

• Strong technical knowledge of Appian architecture

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
