Job Summary
The IT Systems Analyst is a versatile, hands‑on technical role responsible for supporting the systems that keep Allteck running. Working as part of a small, collaborative IT team, this position pivots between administering enterprise applications, scripting integrations, analyzing data, and providing front‑line service desk support as needed. The Systems Analyst also contributes to identifying and championing emerging technologies, including practical applications of AI, that improve how the business operates.

Responsibilities- Administer, maintain, and optimize assigned enterprise applications, acting as the subject matter expert for those business systems (e.g. HCSS, Salesforce, SQL and Dell Boomi)
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training across supported applications, ensuring users can leverage tools effectively
- Develop and maintain system integrations using Power Shell, Dell Boomi, APIs, and similar technologies
- Build automated workflows and scripts to reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and increase efficiency
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that provide stakeholders with clear, data‑driven insights
- Triage and resolve escalated technical support tickets across hardware and software, providing front‑line service desk coverage in support of the broader IT team
- Stay current on emerging technologies, particularly in AI, and identify opportunities to apply them to business challenges
- Document business processes, system configuration, and technical solutions to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with all departments to understand business needs and recommend technical solutions
- Support broader IT initiatives and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility across multiple technical domains
- All other duties as assigned

- Post‑secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3‑5 years of experience in application support, IT Analyst Roles and IT Administration Experience.
- Practical experience with enterprise application support, administration, or implementation
- Working knowledge of Power Shell, Python, or similar scripting languages for automation
- Experience providing service desk or technical support to end users
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, or HCSS
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, or working knowledge of SQL, is an asset
- Previous work in agile, fast‑paced environments or small IT teams is an asset
- Active exploration of AI tools and understanding of practical AI applications such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot is an asset
- Experience with Manage Engine Service Desk Plus is an asset
