Join Allteck as an IT Systems Analyst, where you will support systems that drive our operations in Surrey, BC. This hands-on role blends enterprise application administration, data analysis, and technical support to streamline processes.
As part of a collaborative IT team, you will administer key applications such as HCSS and Salesforce, while developing system integrations and offering user support. You'll utilize scripting skills in Power Shell to create automated workflows, ensuring data accuracy and improved operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and optimize enterprise applications effectively
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training
• Develop system integrations using Power Shell and APIs
• Build automated workflows to improve efficiency
• Document processes and solutions for knowledge sharing
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in IT or related field
• 3-5 years in application support or IT Analyst roles
• Knowledge of Power Shell, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with service desk support
• Familiarity with integration platforms like Dell Boomi
