In this senior role, you will lead the architecture of enterprise-grade Genesys Cloud CX solutions for large-scale transformations. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture design for Genesys Cloud solutions
• Facilitate workshops to extract business requirements
• Implement analytics strategies using Genesys APIs
• Architect event-driven integrations with AWS services
• Produce technical documentation and architecture diagrams
Requirements:
• 7+ years in CCaaS architecture with 4+ in Genesys Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud components
• Experience with AWS integration and APIs
• Excellent communication with technical and executive teams
• Consulting background and CRM integration experience preferred
