• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications effectively
• Support management of Active Directory user accounts
Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with mobile device management solutions
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
