We are seeking a reliable IT Support Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations and end-user support within a thriving organization. This role is focused on maintaining system functionality, resolving technical issues, and supporting internal users across a range of devices and platforms.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on technical support and takes pride in delivering robust internal customer service. You will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, with exposure to a variety of technologies and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets (Tier 1–2).
  • Provide internal end-user support across hardware, software, and mobile devices.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and Android devices (MDM tools such as Air Watch/Workspace ONE).
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Perform device repairs and basic hardware troubleshooting.
  • Support and manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and permissions.
  • Maintain documentation and follow IT processes and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Previous IT support or help desk experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with mobile device management.
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS device support.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple requests.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $62,000 – $77,000.
