Position: Systems Analyst 1 for IT Infrastructure
Pursue an exciting full-time role as Systems Analyst 1 with CUPE Local 402, focusing on maintaining the integrity of enterprise systems. Engage with multiple technologies to support IT operations.

In this position, you will report to the IT Operations Manager while overseeing key areas like telecommunications and server management. Your work will involve Active Directory and Azure administration, VMWare management, and Windows Server routine tasks. Effective collaboration with teams ensures user needs are met and systems run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer City Group Policies in Active Directory

• Support users across M365 and local environments

• Manage VMWare updates and templates efficiently

• Execute updates and server builds for Windows Server

• Document system designs and processes accurately

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or related field with one year of experience

• Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to operate under tight deadlines

• Familiarity with Power Shell and Commvault beneficial
