You will play a crucial role by addressing tickets related to data communication while overseeing network infrastructure across campuses. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve network support tickets effectively
• Troubleshoot network hardware issues in real-time
• Conduct network tests and performance evaluations
• Configure switches and routers for guaranteed service
• Support monitoring of data center infrastructure
Requirements:
• 2 years of relevant post-secondary education
• CCNA and ITIL certifications mandatory
• 5 years of experience in network environments
• Comprehensive knowledge of cabling and Wi-Fi technologies
• Superior problem-solving and analytical abilities
