In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end architecture of Genesys Cloud implementations, ensuring system resilience and scalability. Ideal candidates possess deep expertise in technical architecture and significant hands-on experience with the Genesys platform.
Your role extends to advising on best practices and guiding enterprise stakeholders in technical discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct architecture for Genesys Cloud CX implementations
• Engage with client stakeholders during design sessions
• Lead data extraction and reporting strategies
• Create event-driven architecture using Genesys and AWS
• Produce architecture diagrams and documentation
Requirements:
• 7+ years in contact center solution architecture
• 4+ years of practical Genesys Cloud experience
• Expertise in Genesys Cloud platform APIs
• Strong grasp of SIP and telephony fundamentals
• Proven ability to facilitate discussions with executives
