Your contributions will directly influence real-world outcomes and help shape the future of the industry.### Summary Cascadia Scientific is excited to be adding a Customer Success Account Manager to our team. Cascadia is a clean-tech company and leader in the application of machine learning in the mining industry with clients spanning five continents and including some of the largest mining companies in the world.
We deliver an IIOT platform that measures and reports high accuracy fuel consumption in a mining haulage environment and delivers insights to drive efficiencies in operations. Cascadia is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada with employees based in several countries around the world. As the Customer Success Account Manager North America is a dual-function role responsible for both growing revenue within strategic accounts and ensuring those customers achieve lasting, measurable value from the Cascadia Scientific platform.
The successful candidate will own the full customer lifecycle — from onboarding and adoption through ongoing expansion — while navigating complex stakeholder environments across mining operations, maintenance, planning, finance, and IT departments.
This role requires equal fluency in commercial deal-making and technical customer partnership. You will be both the face of Cascadia Scientific to your accounts and a trusted internal advocate for customer needs.
Revenue & Account Growth Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding client needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Secure and grow revenues from a defined portfolio of strategic platform accounts, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
* Work closely with Customer Success to identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
* Execute and achieve sales quotas for assigned accounts.
* Understand and keep up-to-date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
* Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to additional departments within a customer.
* Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
* Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Field Services, Software, Data Science departments) to improve the entire customer experience
Customer Success & Adoption
* Act as the dedicated customer success partner for your accounts, becoming a subject-matter expert on Cascadia Scientific products and the customer’s operational context.
