As a Technical Analyst 3, you will deliver specialized support across various technology platforms, including data centers, networking, and end-user devices. Your expertise in SCCM, Intune, and cloud technology will drive improvements in infrastructure efficiency. Prepare to lead and refine initiatives focused on patch management and system upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced support for critical infrastructure systems
• Coordinate upgrades and maintenance activities
• Develop project charters for infrastructure initiatives
• Collaborate with clients to determine technical needs
• Assist in workforce planning and equipment setup
Requirements:
• 2-year Diploma in relevant technology fields
• 6 years of applicable work experience
• Intermediate skills in networking and telecommunications
• Exceptional analytical and verbal communication abilities
• Valid Class 5 British Columbia Driver’s license
