We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & UX/UI Designer to support our growing portfolio of brands through impactful visual design and digital experiences.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Graphic & UX/UI Designer with a strong eye for visual design, solid understanding of user experience, and hands-on experience building and maintaining websites. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between brand design, interface design, and web development using modern CMS and no-code platforms.
This role plays a key part in shaping brand identity, designing user-friendly digital experiences, and building and optimizing websites across multiple brands in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design digital and print marketing materials including social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, signage, branded collateral, and other visual assets
- Design and maintain visually engaging, responsive websites
- Build, update, and manage websites using Word Press, Squarespace, Framer, or similar CMS/no-code platforms
- Create wireframes, mockups, and UI designs for websites and digital experiences
- Apply UX/UI principles to improve usability, navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience
- Optimize website structure, layout, and content for performance, mobile responsiveness, and conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams on branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and website improvements
- Develop and maintain consistent visual systems across all digital and print touchpoints
- Assist with user journey improvements and ongoing UX enhancements across web properties
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines across various brands and business units
- Troubleshoot, update, and continuously improve website functionality and design quality
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, UX/UI design, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, website design, and UX/UI work
- Experience designing and building websites using Word Press, Squarespace, Framer, Wix, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web best practices
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or equivalent tools
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and website layouts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Framer is considered a strong asset
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience supporting multiple brands or business divisions
- Photography, video editing, or motion graphics experience is an asset
