In this senior-level role, you will offer high-quality support for diverse client needs while utilizing your deep Oracle Applications experience. Your skills will be crucial for troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ensuring high client satisfaction in a third-party support model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer solutions for Oracle Applications issues across clients

• Manage multiple priorities and service expectations

• Conduct performance tuning for Oracle systems

• Collaborate with technical architects on support issues

• Document resolutions and improve support processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years in third-party Oracle support

• Strong experience with Oracle Applications in production

• Hands-on experience with Demantra and Configurator

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and performance tuning

• Ability to navigate multiple client environments
