Support Options Community Services by functioning as a Technical Support Representative in Southern Fraser. Ensure staff have the necessary tools and technical assistance for optimal performance.
In this vital role, you will play a key part in the Information Technology Department at Options Community Services. The Technical Support Representative provides crucial support, addressing technical requests, deploying computers, and managing network systems. Travel between various OCS sites is required, along with flexibility for after-hours support during emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance to all staff at OCS
• Effectively deploy computers and resolve issues
• Configure printers and manage network settings
• Install structured cabling and support network infrastructure
• Travel frequently for hands-on support across locations
Requirements:
• Two years of technical support or network administration experience
• Relevant IT education or training background
• Preferred A+ and MCITP certifications
• Hands-on skills with MS Office and networking products
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
