Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant Contract
Pursue a contract position as an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant, emphasizing hands-on experience with Core HR and related modules. Help enhance HR processes in this impactful role.
This 12-month part-time contract (approximately 20 hours/week) offers an excellent opportunity for seasoned professionals with 7-9+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM. You will support system configuration, payroll processes, and integrations while collaborating with HR and IT teams to improve system functionality. Your seasoned understanding of HR processes will be invaluable in facilitating ongoing enhancements and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Oracle HCM modules according to business needs

• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and IT teams for enhancements

• Carry out requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis

• Troubleshoot and support module functionality

• Contribute to continuous improvements and system upgrades
Requirements:

• 7-9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM applications

• Proficient in Core HR and various HR modules

• Strong understanding of payroll processes and integrations

• Capable of conducting testing and troubleshooting

• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end HR processes
