Position: Security Lead for Emterra Group
Drive cybersecurity excellence as the Security and Compliance Lead at Emterra Group. Lead efforts in regulatory compliance and security across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll shape and regulate our cybersecurity measures. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing security architecture, compliance efforts, and risk assessments, ensuring our high standards of safety and privacy are met. The role demands familiarity with Microsoft security products and a strong foundational knowledge of governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design security architecture for Azure and Microsoft 365

• Lead threat detection and incident response activities

• Develop information security policies and standards

• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments

• Administer identity access management with PIM and MFA

Requirements:

• 5+ years in information security or cybersecurity roles

• 3+ years using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 security tools

• Deep expertise in Microsoft security products

• Understanding of compliance frameworks like NIST or SOC 2

• Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences
