Options Community Services is actively seeking an IT Support Representative to join its dynamic IT Department. This role involves addressing break/fix issues and supporting Windows workstations and servers while managing network resources effectively. Flexibility is crucial, as emergency support may require various working hours, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to staff across all locations
• Deploy computers and configure network resources efficiently
• Resolve break/fix issues for both software and hardware
• Install and manage network structured cabling and printers
• Travel frequently between different OCS sites for support
Requirements:
• Two years of technical support or network administration experience required
• Post-secondary education in IT or related field necessary
• A+ and MCITP certification preferred
• Hands-on experience with Windows workstations and servers
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
