Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee critical systems like Computer‑Aided Dispatch
• Ensure 24/7 operational resilience for emergency services
• Manage infrastructure design and procurement
• Serve as the strategic technology advisor
• Collaborate on disaster recovery and continuity planning
Requirements:
• Minimum seven years of IT experience with five in leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar
• Obtain police security clearance during employment
• Six Sigma or equivalent certifications preferred
• Proven record in working with technical teams
