You will manage user requests, escalate issues when needed, and ensure timely documentation in Jira. Experience in the garage door manufacturing sector is advantageous, and fluency in English, with French as an asset, is required for effective user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver first-level support for simple user requests

• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels

• Document all user issues accurately in Jira

• Maintain clear communication with users for prompt resolutions

• Process and manage support tickets efficiently

Requirements:

• Experience in the garage door industry is a bonus

• Excellent verbal and written English skills
