As the IT Director, you’ll provide oversight for major technology developments within the district. Your leadership will shape the governance and resource planning for technology projects and support about 13,000 employees and over 82,000 students in delivering effective educational services. Your expertise in project management and change management will drive successful implementation while engaging teams across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead major ERP transformation initiatives for the district
• Oversee technology services and infrastructure projects
• Manage the planning and implementation of IT solutions
• Maintain effective communication across departments
• Ensure compliance with IT regulations and standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years in IT, 5 in leadership roles
• PMP certification required
• Experience in large-scale IT projects
• Strong decision-making and budgeting skills
