Key Responsibilities:
• Define and integrate complex system requirements
• Support installation and configuration in live environments
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance
• Engage with stakeholders across technical and non-technical areas
• Develop training and operational documents for system use
Requirements:
• Degree in Systems or Computer Engineering
• Proven experience with mission-critical system delivery
• Solid Networking fundamentals expertise
• Experience with multiple OS environments
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30–40%)
