Cyber Security Operations Director Position

As the Director of Cyber Security Operations, you will shape our cybersecurity strategy and manage operations to enhance resilience against threats. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring alignment between operational capabilities and business objectives. Your expertise will guide improvements in incident response, threat management, and vulnerability prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define strategy and roadmap for Security Operations

• Oversee Incident Response and Threat Management

• Establish operational governance and performance metrics

• Lead during significant cyber incidents

• Ensure effective enterprise security technology operations

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years in Cyber Security with leadership experience

• Proven experience in managing Security Operations functions

• Strong understanding of SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cloud security

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Information Security certifications highly desirable
