The Senior Data Conversion Developer plays a pivotal role within the Information Technology department, supporting the transition to a state-of-the-art cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning system. You will collaborate with the Enterprise Data Architect, project managers, and functional teams to ensure accurate data mapping and transformation. Your technical skills will directly contribute to the success of district operations and educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead data extraction and transformation for Finance, HCM, and Procurement
• Develop ETL routines and data conversion programs
• Collaborate to understand data needs and cleansing rules
• Design and execute testing for data conversions
• Document mapping, transformation logic, and outcomes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of IT experience, 3+ years in ERP systems
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft M365 and development tools
• Experience in creating dashboards and test plans
