In this vital role, you'll work closely with Product Owners and technical teams to convert high-level product visions into well-defined user stories and workflows. Your contributions will drive the development of user-centered mobile experiences, demanding a robust understanding of AI capabilities and agile methodologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Map advisor workflows to mobile user journeys
• Write user-centered stories and define clear acceptance criteria
• Maintain documentation for user requirements and processes
• Coordinate UAT cycles with stakeholders for feature validation
• Collaborate on aligning with data and security frameworks
Requirements:
• Solid experience as a Business Analyst in mobile apps
• Expertise in user story creation and user experience design
• Familiarity with AI workflows and mobile UX best practices
• Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
