In this role, you will engage with a wide range of domains within a strategic marketing analytics team, maintaining and improving existing solutions while developing new ones using analytical tools.
Key Responsibilities- Go‑to person for updating financial and market models that blend complex disparate qualitative and quantitative sources, align assumptions with key stakeholders, and present results clearly and concisely.
- Build and maintain financial and marketing models in Excel to support data‑driven decision‑making and forecasting.
- Study quantitative data, apply business domain knowledge, formulate and test hypotheses, discover business implications from the data, understand the dataset and how it connects to various business and market verticals.
- Communicate insights by applying your understanding of the data and the business to create meaningful insights and concise summaries, ensuring the audience understands the story behind the numbers.
- Intermediate to expert in ETL processes or concepts and familiarity with Excel.
- Familiarity with data visualization and design principles that emphasize audience experience and accessibility.
- Solid grasp of basic statistical analysis, attention to detail, pattern recognition, with ability to zoom in and out of a data landscape.
- Impacts high‑level strategic decisions across multiple departments; understands how data supports decisions in financial, marketing strategies, and product management.
- Can zoom in and out from transaction‑level detail to the architectural design of data pipelines and business processes.
- Passion for simplifying sophistication, eliminating unnecessary complexity while streamlining necessary complexity.
- Takes full ownership of projects, sets timelines, and guides stakeholders in the right direction based on data, insights, and milestones.
- Champion for data‑driven decision‑making and using technology (e.g., data science/ML) to improve productivity.
- Direct influence on strategic initiatives through data products, models, and insights.
- Explains complex ideas simply, exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.

- Strong Excel and marketing analysis skills.

- 3+ years of analytical experience with demonstrable business impact and strong communication.
- Advanced Excel, data wrangling/ETL, and automation of data pipelines.
- Experience connecting datasets from various sources and domains.
- Experience building production‑worthy programs or apps that leverage complex data sets.
