As a Lead Application Security Engineer at Uni Uni, spearhead security initiatives in a remote role while influencing engineering practices across teams. Your efforts will be vital in securing high-volume logistics operations.

Reporting to the Information Security Officer, you will build and enforce security practices, conduct risk assessments, and ensure secure deployment of applications. This hands-on position requires significant collaboration with engineering for seamless integration of security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct threat modeling and establish secure coding standards

• Lead secure code reviews and implement App Sec tooling

• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines effectively

• Design API security strategies including session management

• Mentor engineering teams and lead security incident responses

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in application security and product security

• Strong software engineering background with multi-language fluency

• Proven AWS workload security experience and App Sec tooling

• Effective threat modeling skills and incident analysis abilities

• Familiarity with SAML 2.0 and managing production incidents
