Position: Compugen Helpdesk Support Contract Role
Start your career at Compugen Inc. as a Helpdesk Support Analyst in Surrey. This 12-month contract focuses on providing top-notch tech support while working remotely or in a hybrid format.

In this role, your primary focus will be assisting customers with technology troubleshooting over various platforms. You will leverage your analytical skills to address Level 1 issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience for users. Weekend and evening work flexibility is a must for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot applications and hardware for end users

• Provide support through phone, email, and web-based systems

• Escalate issues to supervisors as necessary

• Maintain documentation of issues and solutions

• Help create knowledge base articles for the Service Desk

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in a technical support role

• Strong experience with online ticketing systems

• Proven problem-solving abilities

• Background in technology is preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
