The position is for a full-time Senior End User Engineer at Mackenzie Investments, part of IGM Financial Inc. You'll oversee platform governance, ensuring reliability and scalability while supporting cross-functional engineering teams. Your hands-on leadership is vital for managing critical services and deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct end user workspace management and define operating standards
• Conduct deep-dive analyses for significant technical issues
• Manage Microsoft Intune and JAMF for endpoint security
• Contribute to Microsoft 365 platform enhancement and risk assessment
• Facilitate compliance with enterprise architecture standards
Requirements:
• Significant hands-on experience in Windows 10/11 environments
• Strong background in Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions
• Familiarity with Citrix platforms and enterprise support processes
• Proven track record of managing operational responsibilities
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
