Elevate your career as a Systems, Security & Automation Specialist with Vanier Children’s Mental Wellness. This full-time role focuses on digital support, cybersecurity, and automation in children’s mental health services.
As a key player at Vanier, you will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 digital support while managing system configurations and implementing security controls. Your expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and hands-on Power Shell scripting will drive continuous digital transformation and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide user support and resolve digital issues
• Prepare and deploy laptops, desktops, and devices
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding users
• Document incidents and manage service requests
• Troubleshoot advanced systems and infrastructure issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• 5 years’ experience in digital support and systems administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune
• Skilled in Power Shell scripting and security policy implementation
• Valid G level driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
