Position: Workday Architect Role at Fortra
Lead Workday architecture initiatives at Fortra, focusing on HCM and Financials. This role emphasizes solution design, security governance, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance Workday's efficacy.

As an experienced Workday Architect, you will define and govern the Workday ecosystem's architecture, ensuring integration security, data strategy, and optimal performance. You'll partner directly with HR, finance, IT, and other stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in both Workday HCM and Financials to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture for Workday HCM and Financials

• Define security architecture and govern compliance standards

• Manage Workday tenant strategy and release impacts

• Mentor Workday engineers and ensure consistent delivery practices

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience
