Position: Scrum Master Role with FGF Innovation
Join FGF Brands as a Scrum Master and lead Agile transformations within our fast-paced technology teams, ensuring they work efficiently and cohesively.

You will be instrumental in establishing Agile ways of working and guiding teams through Scrum and Kanban practices. With a strong focus on facilitating team events, you will help overcome obstacles, celebrate success, and inspire teams to take ownership of their work. This hands-on role is ideal for those who thrive on collaboration and continual growth in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives effectively

• Identify blockers and support teams in overcoming challenges

• Foster collaboration and improve self-management among team members

• Track and communicate team progress to stakeholders

• Inspire a culture of experimentation and feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Scrum Master experience in software development

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred

• Expertise in facilitating Scrum events and guiding team improvements

• Experience with Agile tools for sprint management

• Required certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
