You will navigate complexities unique to a pod-based environment while driving continuous improvement and managing risks across engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own execution timeline across multiple project squads
• Establish delivery standards for efficiency and agility
• Analyze metrics for continuous delivery improvement
• Serve as the escalation point for delivery conflicts
• Maintain visibility through portfolio-level dashboards
Requirements:
• 7+ years in technology solutions delivery
• 3+ years leading delivery teams in diverse settings
• Deep knowledge of JIRA and agile practices
• Experience navigating compliance in regulated sectors
• Strong risk identification skills
