Your role will be crucial in enhancing business banking solutions with an emphasis on collaboration and quality.
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will coach teams in Scrum practices, emphasizing high performance and tangible sprint objectives. Oversee the end-to-end initiative delivery, ensuring alignment with RBC’s Agile methodologies. Manage risks and dependencies, facilitating impactful collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile initiatives from beginning to release phase
• Oversee sprint cadence, release planning, and coordination
• Coach teams in decision-making and performance improvement
• Troubleshoot impediments impacting workflow and productivity
• Deliver status updates and progress reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a Scrum Master role at medium-to-large scale
• 5+ years in software development or project management
• Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Expertise in Jira and Agile ceremonies
• Active Scrum Master certification or equivalent
