Position: Project Coordinator at Figure Robotics
Drive data collection efforts as a Project Coordinator at Figure, an innovative AI Robotics company in North San Jose, CA. Manage projects from setup to delivery while collaborating closely with engineering teams.

At Figure, you will oversee the end-to-end data collection projects, ensuring quality and schedule adherence. You will serve as the key liaison between project execution and engineering, translating data needs into actionable plans. The role requires hands-on management of dependencies, resolution of technical and infrastructure challenges, and collaboration with the Data Quality team to maintain high standards of data capture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own data collection projects from initiation to completion

• Translate data requirements into executeable capture plans

• Ensure timely delivery and track project progress

• Resolve technical and infrastructure issues

• Partner with Data Quality for issue resolution

Requirements:

• 2+ years in operations or data collection

• Proven project management and scheduling skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams

• Experience with project-level SOP documentation

• People management experience preferred
