Become a key player in application migrations as a Dev Ops Migration Expert with Capgemini Engineering. This remote opportunity involves leveraging DBB and GIT solutions for efficient project execution.
In this role, you'll act as a Software Change Management expert with a strong background in z/OS and mainframe environments. Your experience will be pivotal in guiding clients through their migration processes, providing comprehensive support, and facilitating effective training sessions. Collaborate with client teams while presenting best practices and solutions for successful migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Endevor migration projects
• Install and configure DBB/GIT/IDD on client systems
• Troubleshoot DBB/GIT/IDD issues
• Conduct customer training on migration processes
• Document best practices and resolutions
Requirements:
• 8+ years in a Systems Programmer role
• 5-7 years of IBM z/OS migration experience
• 4+ years of consulting experience
• Strong proficiency in Groovy, YAML, and GIT
• Excellent communication abilities
