Drive breakthrough cell therapies as the Cell Therapy Manufacturing Planning Lead d analytics and operations to influence patient access to life-changing treatments.

In this pivotal role, you will act as the cell therapy manufacturing planning authority, synthesizing intelligence from various sites into actionable recommendations. With at least ten years in pharmaceutical supply chain analytics and expertise in capacity optimization, you will collaborate closely with Global Supply Chain and Finance. Your impact will be measured in how quickly therapies reach patients facing serious diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain network strategy and planning assumptions

• Create decision support scenarios and capacity models

• Optimize dynamic capacity and workforce planning processes

• Establish governance for operational data and metrics

• Model capital investment cases and risk mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Data Science, or related field

• Minimum 10 years in biotech supply chain analytics

• Proficiency in advanced analytics platforms like Python, R

• Experience with cell therapy manufacturing strongly preferred

• Strong analytical and executive communication skills
