ORSY Support Representative

Join Wurth Canada as an ORSY Support Representative in Surrey, BC. This field-based role involves hands-on support, setup, and maintenance of Wurth systems for large customers.

In this dynamic position, you will contribute to successful ORSY system implementations while providing top-notch customer service. You will drive to various locations within the region, assembling ORSY bins and managing setups while ensuring adherence to brand standards. A company vehicle is provided for your convenience during work hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up ORSY mat/RFID systems at client sites

• Assemble and organize ORSY bins efficiently

• Reorganize existing setups for optimal performance

• Attend meetings and report daily progress

• Support regional teams with large setups

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proven ability to learn new tools and technologies

• Ability to work independently and manage projects

• Clean driver’s license and clear driver abstract
