As an Associate Manager, your responsibilities will include leading a team of Master Data experts, managing incident resolutions, and enhancing operational processes across multiple regions. You will interact with key stakeholders to ensure high standards of data management while driving functional specifications and user training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate incident management and enhancements
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Develop comprehensive documentation for data processes
• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for data quality
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Data Management and governance
• Techno-Functional mastery in one or more domains
• SAP MDG certification and global delivery model experience preferred
• Proficient in data migration and business process definition
• Innovative mindset with strong communication skills
