Position: Emterra Group Business Analyst Role
Emterra Group is seeking a driven Business Analyst who specializes in AI solutions and data visualization. Focus on creating impactful reporting through Power BI and AI chatbot initiatives.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll gather requirements and create data models to provide insights into our operations. This role will enable you to lead projects that leverage AI automation to enhance customer interactions and internal workflows. Collaborate with diverse teams to identify opportunities that improve sustainability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into effective data models

• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards for performance insights

• Lead AI chatbot implementations for improved service

• Analyze data for operational enhancements

• Present technical findings in business-friendly terms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• At least 1 year of Business Analyst experience

• Experience with SQL and Python

• Strong communication skills for team collaboration

• Familiarity with chatbot development platforms
