You'll serve as a key resource, delivering customers critical support related to turbocharger diagnostics and installation.
Your role will also involve assisting the Customer Service and Sales teams with their technical inquiries. You'll provide valuable feedback to improve product quality and customer experiences through meticulous tracking and reporting of support metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with technical support via phone and online
• Help the Customer Service and Sales teams with queries
• Report feedback on potential product issues to relevant teams
• Contribute insights for content and catalog enhancements
• Track monthly support metrics for performance analysis
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in automotive repair
• Knowledge of automotive aftermarket parts industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong communication skills for customer engagement
